Nothing like PD on the 1st day back from Spring Break!

Well, today was the 1st day back after a great but awfully short Spring Break! Who knew that so many days could fly by? So what was ready for me when I arrived at school? Day 1 of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. We are going through this training in preparation for becoming a Leader in Me school this fall. It is totally awesome, because as teachers, we tend to work, work hard, and then work harder, without stopping and taking time for ourselves. It's a great reminder that we all need balance in our lives.

Now, don't get me wrong, I've been so ready to attend this training, but the only thing I could think about was it being the first week that we teach blends, not to mention that they were already out for a week! Especially for my struggling babies! *sigh* Well, tomorrow is day 2 of training, so I'm definitely going to teach my heart out on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday!

If you haven't already, don't forget to sign up for my 100 follower giveaway, where you can win a $25 gift card to Amazon. It ends Thursday, March 29 at 7 p.m. Click here to sign up!

Off to complete my 7 Habits homework (yes, we have homework!) and be proactive! Is there anybody out there who has completed 7 Habits training? Let me know!

Talk to you later!
