Monday Made It: K is for Kindergarten

Hey guys, how's it going?

I'm so happy to say that I'm linking up for the very first time

with Tara from 4th Grade Frolics for

I'm so excited!!!! For my very first Monday Made It,

I decided to do something that my friend Vickie from Mrs. Plant's Press got me hip to!

Michelle from Apples and ABC's has this wonderful idea that she shared on her blog,

and I just had to do it!!

Remember last year there were several posts and pins about those 1st day of school frames?

Well, this one is a letter that the students will hold in the picture!!

I was so excited, because although I'm not crafty, I'm a crafty wannabe!!

So first, I have my trusty mod podge (this is my first time using this, I've seen it

all over the internet, and I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!).

Thankfully, Vickie told me to get the glossy one!

So, I took the letter K, which I got from Hobby Lobby, and I traced it on

a piece of scrapbook paper.

Then, I mod podged it onto the K.

Afterwards, I went and mod podged some ribbon on,

and then mod podged the entire thing!!

Voila!!

I'm so stoked at how this turned out, I've gotta go and find my next Monday Made It!!

So tell me, what do you think?

Talk to you later!!

I did an F last year. It's kind of small...might need an upgrade this year!
