Taking a Closer Look!

Hey guys and dolls, how's it going?

I have great news!!

TPT is having a One Day Bonus Sale, ale, ale, ale!!!!

(Did you like the echo effect? Uh-huh, I know you did, haha!)

Just in time for the sale, I am teaming up with some bloggy friends of mine

to bring you a blog hop that will showcase one of my best selling products!!

I want to give you a closer look, and it will include a FREEBIE that

you can try with your class to see how you like it!

Today, I would like to share my Beginning Number Bonds 0-5 unit!!

This unit was a labor of love for me!!

I was looking for another way to teach beginning addition to

my students, and the upper grades at my school were learning about

and teaching number bonds. So I spoke with a math specialist

that works in our district, because I just had to learn what it was all about!

At my school, we use number bonds

to introduce students to the concept of putting numbers together.

It makes it so much easier for the students to understand the relationship

between the numbers, and once we're ready to introduce the addition and equal sign,

they're already on board!

This particular pack focuses on fluency to 5.

It includes teaching cards that are fabulous for introducing the concept...

...personal posters for the students, headers to create anchor charts,

and an interactive activity for students to show what they know!

There are also practice sheets and flash cards!

Here is a FREEBIE for you to try with your class!

Now it's time for you to hop on and visit my sweet friend Vera,

otherwise known as The Tutu Teacher!

The Tutu Teacher

Her tutu's are so darn cute!!!!
